36. If the Imagined is Unbearable, Imagine the Reality!

If the fictional character, Medea written by Euripides is almost unbearable to play, by actresses, a story of one, the legendary Ellen Burstyn, as I remember, shares with us, the details and difficulty to ‘go there’ even as an actor, due to this fictional story, in which Medea kills her children! Then how can real time killings of children, of people, go on in this moment and the next and … The rules and Institutions put in place a long time ago, need to be changed, as the powerful global leader Zelensky said it so clearly, addressing the congress in America and the American people.

If the imagined is unthinkable then imagine the reality in Ukraine.  Killing children and putting those innocent bodies in mass graves. Citing the Holocaust slogan 'Never Again' president Zelensky says, the phrase is now 'worthless'. And he is right. How can this be allowed!? Have we not learned! How can such atrocities as deliberate children killings, and civilians killings, their lifeless bodies left on the streets, and in mass graves in the bombarded cities, be allowed in 🇺🇦 Ukraine, now, in real time!!! My God!!!

I am brought to tears, as they were, by his courage, the courage of his people and their fight for our human liberties. What Incredible, inspiring, extraordinary examples we have, coming from Ukraine and from around the 🌎 people standing and doing anything they can, for Ukraine. But there needs to be more done. A lot more. Stop being in fear of Putin. Stop him now before it’s too late, for us all! Stop the bloodshed in Ukraine.
