A personal, painful experience, resolved here, through Acting, with the use of sensory work. I re create that person from my life, who caused me pain, and find forgiveness, surprising myself even! That is what ACTing is,
a healing, and in the process a teaching to better understand our hman behavior: emotional, physical, social, and how it can be achieved, without the need for violence. Wow! 🤩
